We begin with a consultation so I can understand your goals, experience, and your current weekly routine.

Your training program is designed specifically for you and delivered through the JD Fitness App.

Step 3 - Time Line

Once we understand your short term and long term goals we lock in the time it will take to achieve your goal.

Step 4 - Start Your Training

We start your program, tracking workouts, body measurements, nutrition and activity tracking, creating habits, progressing week to week with full support.

Which option is right for you?

Option 1

Monthly (Rolling)

Perfect if you’re not ready to fully commit yet. This option suits people who want to get started, learn the foundations, and build momentum before deciding if their ready for long term commitment. 

Option 2

3 Months

Ideal if you’re ready to lock in and focus on a specific goal. Whether that’s getting stronger, improving lifts, building muscle, or dropping body fat - this gives you enough time to make real, noticeable progress and build solid habits. 

Option 3

12 Months

For those who are serious about long-term change. This is where the best results happen. You’ll have full support through different phases of training and life - building muscle, cutting body fat, improving performance, and maintaining results. We adapt as your goals evolve, navigate setbacks, and create a lifestyle that actually sticks - not just a short-term transformation.
