I started with you at 78kg after yo-yo dieting and staying the same weight for about 3 years, I just couldn’t stay on track or work out how to plan my week for fat loss. After our first cut I lost 15.8kg in 20 weeks, I weighed 62.2kg and felt great and confident now taking my top off. Definitely moments of hunger towards the end but overall so happy with the results and progress. Thank you. I wasn’t at all confident at the gym, especially when it came to weight training, in particular using the machines and free weights, what type of exercises to do to target my goals and the form to adopt during the exercises. I started training at the gym with a starting weight of 71kg. After choosing John as my sports coach, my life has literally changed, my eating habits, my physical activity, my workouts are tailor-made because he adapts to your goals. I’ve learnt how to use all the equipment I need to reach my goals without injuring myself thanks to his help and assistance during our sessions. Enter your name, email and create your own password, then you’ll be directed to payment, using Apple Pay or Bank Card. Once purchased you’ll be able to download the app and log into your account. Once you log into your JD Fitness app, using your email and the password you created the first thing you’ll see is your dashboard and a demonstration video showing you exactly how to use the app and navigate your training plan.

Online 1-1 Coaching :
When you click 'Consultation' your Comprehensive Consultation form will pop up for you to complete. If you are serious about investing into your health, fitness and wellbeing, you will complete this form within a couple of minutes. Then i will contact you by email to arrange a 20 minute call* to go over a suggested plan. From there i will create and send an overview of your weekly schedule. If you’re happy to move forward with the plan of action, our journey will begin.
Complete beginners will be better suited to my Tailored Training Plans, where workouts and exercises are fully customised to your ability and experience level.
If you’re already familiar with compound movements and general gym exercises, these programs will be perfect for you.
You’ll need access to a gym with standard resistance machines, barbells, and dumbbells. All programs are designed for gym-based training to help you progressively build strength and muscle.
