Q&A – Online Training Programs

How does it work?

Online Programs :

When you click ‘Buy Now’ you will be directed to PTdistinction.com. This is the software I use to coach clients and run programs. Enter your name, email and create your own password, then you’ll be directed to payment, using Apple Pay or Bank Card. Once purchased you’ll be able to download the app and log into your account. Any issues, contact me at [email protected]

Once you log into your JD Fitness app, using your email and the password you created the first thing you’ll see is your dashboard and a demonstration video showing you exactly how to use the app and navigate your training plan.

If you’d like to preview this video before joining, send me a message at the bottom of this page with your email address and comment “Demonstration Video”, and I’ll send it over to you.

Online 1-1 Coaching :

When you click 'Consultation' your Comprehensive Consultation form will pop up for you to complete. If you are serious about investing into your health, fitness and wellbeing, you will complete this form within a couple of minutes. Then i will contact you by email to arrange a 20 minute call* to go over a suggested plan. From there i will create and send an overview of your weekly schedule. If you’re happy to move forward with the plan of action, our journey will begin.

Are these programs suitable for beginners?

Complete beginners will be better suited to my Tailored Training Plans, where workouts and exercises are fully customised to your ability and experience level.

If you’re already familiar with compound movements and general gym exercises, these programs will be perfect for you.

What equipment will I need?

You’ll need access to a gym with standard resistance machines, barbells, and dumbbells. All programs are designed for gym-based training to help you progressively build strength and muscle.

Do the programs include nutrition guidance?

Yes, each plan includes a complete nutrition guide, covering:

✅ How to calculate your daily calories and macronutrients

✅ Protein recipe packs for meal inspiration

✅ How to adjust calories based on your activity level

This helps you fuel your training properly and get the best possible results.

Am I fit enough to follow a workout plan?

Following a workout plan that aligns with your personal goals is one of the best ways to improve your health, fitness, and overall wellbeing. However, before starting any new exercise routine, it’s important to consult a qualified health professional to ensure you’re fit and healthy enough to take part in physical activity. Please note that by choosing to follow any JD Fitness program, you do so at your own discretion, and I take no responsibility for any injuries or illnesses that may occur as a result of participation.

Can I pause or reschedule my program?

Yes, each program includes a 2-week grace period, allowing you to reschedule workouts in the app if life gets in the way or you need more flexibility.

Will I see results in 8–12 weeks?

Most of my clients who stay consistent, follow the nutrition guidance, follow and track their workouts with integrity, prioritise sleep and hydration, see fantastic results within 8–12 weeks, check out the testimonials.

Your outcome will always reflect your consistency, effort, and commitment - and I’ll give you all the tools to make that happen.

What happens after my program finishes?

Each program includes a 2-week grace period to help you catch up on any missed sessions. After this period, your app access will become inactive.

You can then:

• Purchase a new program, or

• Switch to a monthly subscription to re-run your existing program/s for just £12.99/month (cancel subscription anytime).

This option keeps all your training history, progress, and data in one convenient place.

Can I upgrade to 1-1 Online Coaching later on?

Absolutely. As your training data is tracked through the JD Fitness app, I can easily review your progress and performance.

This makes upgrading to 1-1 Online Coaching a seamless transition, where we can fine-tune your program, technique, and goals for even better results.
